École James S. McCormick Students On a Roll!
In the celebration of the Olympic torch that came to Lacombe, École James S. McCormick School joined in the Olympic spirit by building an inuk-shuk.
The school also wanted to use this opportunity to give back to the com-munity. Therefore, the staff decided to build our school's inukshuk out of toi-let paper packages. According to the food bank, this is something they are always in need of.
We were very proud of our students who donated to a great cause, while being "On a Roll" into the Olympics.
